How to Add Key Result to Objectives?

1. Login to the PMS system.

2. Navigate to Team PMS.

3. Select the PMS cycle.

4. Select the employee.




5. Select the Goal for adding Key Result.

6.  Click on Ellipsis (3 dot’s). 




7. Enter the mandatory fields.

  1. Title: Objective name, or KRA (Key Result Area).
  2. Select the goal category: category of the Objective.
  3. Description: KPI (Key performance indicator).
  4. Select Type: Select type based on requirement.
  5. Select Level: Select level based on requirement.





        f. Outcome: Outcome of the objective in percentage or number.

      g. Progress: Select the progress based on how you want to see it in the average                     progress bar.

      h. Click on the Create button.





8. A key result was created with 100 crore metrics under the objective.
