How to Add New Objective As Manager

  1. Login to the PMS system.
  2. Navigate to Team PMS.
  3. Select the PMS cycle.
  4. Select the employee.




        5. Click on Add New Goal.




       

6. Enter the mandatory fields.

  1. Title: Objective name or KRA (Key Result Area).
  2. Select the goal category: category of the Objective.
  3. Description: KPI (Key performance indicator).
  4. Outcome: Outcome of the Objective in percentage or Number.
    1. Starting: Min value for the target.
    2. Target: Max value to be reached for the target.
    3. Metric: Type of the Outcome ( Value of Money , Time etc ).
    4. Weight: If it is weightage-based Objective enter the weight hear.






       

e. Progress: Select 1 of the below based on expected key result rollup needed.

  1. Manual average from key result: The average will be calculated by summing the objectives and dividing by the number of objectives.
  2. Manual Update: The manager needs to manually update the progress.
  3. Manual and weighted average from key results: The score will be calculated based on the weightages and displayed to the manager.
  4. Manual and summation from key results: All objective ratings will be summed and displayed to the manager.
  5. Click on Create button




    7.Goal is Created with 100 Crore Metric.
