1.Manual average from key result:

1.In this case, the manager does not need to track progress manually; it will be                     automatically updated based on the employee's progress.

    2.Select the Manual average from key result from dropdown.

    3.Click on the Create button.

    4. How to add Child objective.

1. Select the Goal and Click on Ellipsis (3 dots).
2. Click on Add Child Obj button.

5. Enter the mandatory fields:

1. Employee.
2. KPI Value
3. Goal Weightage
4. Click on Submit button.

2. Manual Update:

1. In this case, the manager needs to manually track and update progress by reviewing the employee's progress.
2. Select the Manual Update from dropdown.
3. Click on Create button.

           4. Select the Goal and Click on Ellipsis (3 dots).

        5. Click on Add Child Obj button.

6. Enter the mandatory fields:

• Employee.
• KPI Value
• Goal Weightage
• Click on Submit button.

7. Each objective is independent, and the status can be updated based on the progress made by the employees at the key result level.

3. Manual and weighted from key results:

1. In this case, the manager does not need to track progress manually; it will be automatically updated based on the employee's progress on the goals and their weightages.
2. Select the Manual and weight from key results from dropdown.
3. Click on Create button.

    4. Select the Goal and Click on Ellipsis (3 dots).

    5. Click on Add Child Obj button.

6. Enter the Mandatory fields:

1. Employee.
2. KPI Value
3. Goal Weightage
4. Click on Submit button.

7. Child objectives are created with 45 and 55 crore metrics, with 60% and 40%                        weightages, respectively.

8. The score is calculated based on the weightage and progress percentage the average is     displayed in the main objective as shown in below.

4. Manual and Summation from key results:

1) In this case, the manager does not need to track progress manually; it will be automatically updated based on the employee's progress. The progress gets summed and will be displayed on the main objective.

2) Select the Manual and Summaton from key results from dropdown.

3) Click on Create button.

4) Select the Goal and Click on Ellipsis (3 dots).

5)Click on Add Child Obj button.

6) Enter the Mandatory fields:

1. Employee.
2. KPI Value
3. Goal Weightage
4. Click on Submit button.

7) The progress percentages get summed up, and the average will be displayed in the main objective as shown below.
