How to Add Child Objective As Manager:

    1. Login as Manager 1 to the PMS System.

    2. Navigate to My PMS.

    3. Select the goal and click on the ellipsis (3 dots).




       4. Click on Add Child Obj button.



           

    5. Enter the Mandatory fields:
  1. Employee: Select the employee from drop down to assign the KPI.
  2. KPI Value: Enter the total amount of the goal you want to assign to the selected employee in the text box.
  3. Goal Weightage: Enter the goal weightage.
  4. ADD: Click on the ADD button to assign the goal to more employees. 
  5. Click on Submit button.



        f. Child objectives are created with 45 and 55 crore metrics.
