How can I add the IDP for an employee?

Login As Skip level Manager:

1.Click on Team PMS

2.Click on TEAM IDPS

3.Select the PMS cycle

4.Click on Add new IDP

5.Select the employee

6. Select the Development type

7.enter the date

8.enter the plan description

9. Click on Create
