How to add IDP's As Skip level Manager?

Login As Skip-level manager.

Login as Skip-level Manager:

1. Click on Talent Matrix in the LHN side

2. Click on list view

3. Click on “View Action”

4. Click on “Add Development Plan” button

5. Select the Development Plan type from the drop down, select from date and to data, Enter the Development plan description

6.Click on “Create Development Plan”

Click on list view

 Click on “View Action” 

Click on “Add Development Plan” button 

 Select the Development Plan type from the drop down, select from date and to data, Enter the Development plan description

you can also Write description.

click on create Development plan.
