How to add IDP as Manager?

Login As Manager:

How to add IDP.?

1. Click on More Option button in the Dashboard

2. Click on IDP

3. Create Individual Development Plan

4. Select the Start date and End date

5. Click on Submit button.

now you Create Individual Development plan.

Enter the Start Date

Enter the End Date 

click on Create Development plan.
