My Approval As a Skip Level Manager

How can I Approve and Reject Assessment as a Skip Manager?

1. Click on My Approval as a Skip Level Manager.
2. Click on Approve button, Enter note (Optional) and click on submit button to approve the review.
3. Click on Reject button, Enter note (Optional)  and click on submit button to reject the review.
4. Click on Eye button to view the Ratings given by Employee and Manager.
