1. Two Types of Rating scale are supported
2. Show a rating scale to employees for a particular goal to re-work their progress.
3. Hide extra information like the Owner of the goal, Time period, and Designation of an employee
5. Deactivate employee assessment for competencies
6. Normalized ratings (given by the skip level manager) should visible to the manager
7. Normalized rating to renamed as final rating and disclosed to employee after 1:1 meeting
8. Workflow support for 2 skip levels is mandatory
9. Policy document to be posted
10. The rating scale should be Imported
11. Import and delete PMS history
12. Review Comments rename configuration in Goal plan advance setting
13. HR Admin should able to create half-yearly/quarterly Term Review cycle
14. Negative rating Scale also supported.
15. Custom edit email notification feature.
16. Employees and managers can also create a cumulative report.
