Hide Approve performance Review from Skip manager 1

1. Click on Performance Review Cycle Management.
2. Click on the PMS cycle.
3. Click on the Advanced PMS Rating Scale.
4. Enable the checkbox "Hide Approve Performance Review of Employees." The approve check box is hidden from skip-1; he can send it to the next level.

• Login to Skip Manager-1 page.
• Click on Authorize/Approval from the menu bar.
• Select the PMS cycle.
• Click on the approve button.
