How to add Objective to employee ?

1. Login as manager and select goal plan.
2. Select the employee.




3. Click on “Add new objective.” 




4. Enter the objective in the title box.
5. Select the category from the drop down.
6. Enter the description if required. 
7. Select level from the drop-down based on objective, whether it is organization, personal, or department.




8. Click on Outcome
9. Click on Add a metric (If any)
 Outcome: Out come of the goal in percentage or Number.
    I Starting: Min value for the target.
    ii Target: Max value to be reached for the target.
    iii Metric: Type of the Outcome ( Value of Money , Time etc ).
 Weight: based on Objective.




10. Select the Progress type:
      Average percent from key results : The average of all key result percentages will be displayed in the parent        
      objective.
      Average of Achieved value from key results: The average of key result metrics will be displayed in the 
      parent objective.
      Weighted average percent from key results: The average of all key result percentages will be calculated 
      based on their weightages.




      Weighted Average of Achieved Value from Key Results: The weighted average of the metric achieved values   
      from key results will be displayed in the parent objective. 
      Summation of percent from key results: Total percentage from key results will be displayed in parent 
      objective. 
      Summation of Achieved Value from Key Results: Total achieved value from key results will be displayed in 
      parent objective. 
      Manual: Manually, the user must update the progress.
11. Click on the Create button.
