How to Assign Key Results to a Reporter ?

1. Log in as manager and select the employee from the list.




2. Select the PMS cycle from the list.
3. Click on the category drop down.
4. Click on the 3 dot (animated button) in front of your objective.




5. Click on Add Key result.




6. Enter the key result in the title box.
7. Select the category from the drop down.
8. Choose the employee from the list to whom this key result belongs.
9. Enter the description if required. 
10. Select the level from the dropdown based on the key result, indicating whether it is organizational, personal, or departmental.




11. Click on Outcome. 
12. Click on Add a metric (if any). 
     Outcome: Outcome of the goal in percentage or number. 
        I Starting: Min value for the target.
        ii Target: Max value to be reached for the target.
        iii Metric: Type of the Outcome ( Value of Money , Time, etc ).
     Weight: based on key result.
13. Click on the Create button.




14. Key Result created and assigned to an selected employee (yellow color square).
