PMS Report calculation Based on the Rating Scale

PMS Report Calculations for Range Based Rating Scale : 

Based on the mapped rating scale, if an employee achieves a score of 92, it falls within the range of 80 to100. According to the values column, this corresponds to a rating range between 4 and 5. Therefore, the calculated rating will be 4.6

How to get 4.6 rating value in the PMS Report

Achieved Values = 92

92 is falling in between range of 80 to 100

Formula :

Achieved Value - From  range / From Range - To Range 

-->92-80 / 80-100

-->12/20 = 0.6

Rating Value Calculating :

92 is falling in between range of 80 to 100 , In between value range of 4 to 5 as in the above screenshot 

Starting value + 0.6 (Based on the above calculation) = 4.6 (which is displaying in the PMS Report under ratings column

Average of all the achieved value
