PMS report calculation for Range Based Rating Scale

1. Select the Goal Plan.
2. Click on PMS Report in the Dashboard.

PMS report calculation:

For ex:- 

• For the first goal, the employee's achieved score is 77.
• Based upon the the weightage, the score is

weight= 20 and Achieved score = 77

Weighted-based score = 15.40

How do you calculate the weight-based score?

Weight-based score = weight * achieved score / 100

                                    (20*77)/100=15.40

Similarly, for all goals, we need to calculate a weight-based score.

Based upon the above screenshot, scores are 15.40, 17.75, 20.25, 4.95, and 8.40.

Total of all the goals weight-based score= (15.40 + 17.75 + 20.25 + 4.95 + 8.40) = 66.75

How do I calculate the goal section weightage-based score?

Goal Section Weight: 90%

Goal Section weight-based score= (Goal section weight * total goals weight-based score) * 100

                                                         (90*66.75)*100=60.08

Similarly, we can calculate competency-section weighted score

How do I calculate the total score?

Total Score= Goal Section weightage score + Competency Section weightage score

Based upon the above screenshot, the total score is 60.08 + 6.55 = 66.62.
