            1. Click on Performance Review Cycle Management.
            2. Click on the PMS cycle.
            3. Click on the Advanced PMS Rating Scale.
            4. Enable "Once manager assessment is completed, finalize the performance flow" The Performance workflow will finalized once manager review completed
