After self-assessment when manager provides rating status should not be changed (Unless if he/she does manual check-in)

• Log in to the HR Admin page.
• Navigate to the goal plan.
• Click on the Settings icon.
• Click on Advance PMS Configuration.
• Enable the check box, i.e., After self-assessment, the manager's rating status should not be changed (Unless if he/she does manual check-in). Once self-assessment is completed, manager rating status is the same as employee rating status. Managers have to provide ratings by manual check-in. 
• Click on Save & enable the Configuration button.
