- Log in to the HR Admin page.
- Navigate to the goal plan.
- Click on the Settings icon.
- Click on Advance PMS Configuration.
- Enable the check box, i.e., After self-assessment, the manager's rating status should not be changed (Unless if he/she does manual check-in). Once self-assessment is completed, manager rating status is the same as employee rating status. Managers have to provide ratings by manual check-in.
- Click on Save & enable the Configuration button.
