Submit Self-Assessment

How can I submit my self-assessment?


  1. Login as Employee by using PMS/HRIS login credential
  2. Click the "Submit Self Assessment" button, and a confirmation pop-up will appear.
  3. After confirming by clicking "OK," the workflow will proceed to the next level. and the status will change from "Appraisal Initiated" to "Self Review Completed."



Status changed from Appraisal Initiated to Self-Review Completed


The total of objective weights should be distributed to reach 100%.

If the weight goes beyond 100%, it will display a pop-up message.
