HR to create a configuration for submit self-assessment without rating

1. Click on Performance Review Cycle Management.

2. Click on the PMS cycle.

3. Click on the Advanced PMS Rating Scale.

4. Enable "Submit self-assessment without rating.". The employee can submit the assessment without providing any rating.
