Overall Performance Management Review Cycle Workflow (Detailed):

Digital Process Initiation: By HR/PMS/OKR Admin. Setting Goal Plans, PMS Annual Cycle, Rating Scale, Creating Emp. Group, PMS Competencies, E-mail Alerts, Goal Library etc. Appraisal Initiated

Employee's Self Assessment: Employees assessment of Goals/OKRs, Competencies and submits to Reporting Manager. Self Review Completed

Manager's Assessment: Manager's assessment of Employee's Goals/OKRs, Competencies and submits to Skip Level Reporting Manager(s) for Authorization(s) and Approval (final) based on merits, normalization/calibration (where applicable). Manager Review Completed, Approved (by Skip Level Managers)

1:1 Meeting: Reporting Manager communicates before and after the approval of Final PMS ratings/grades to employee, also discuss about IDPs (Individual Development Plans). One to One Communication Meeting

Digital Sign-off: Employee does formal acknowledgement of PMS form on self service form. Reporting Manager provide final PMS review comments/recommendations etc and close the workflow by Finalying the process. Employee Acknowledgement, Finalized

Note: HR/PMS/OKR admin can re-set the process (employee/manager/skip level manager assessment) but without deleting the data already filled and enable further edit/update by respective re-set user. This re-set permission is available for HR/PMS/OKR Admin on Program Management Page as Admin self service.
