End the performance flow once skip level approval is completed, including a 1:1 meeting comments option

1. Click on Performance Review Cycle Management.
2. Click on the PMS cycle.
3. Click on the Advanced PMS Rating Scale.
4. Enable "End the performance flow once skip level approval is completed, including a 1:1 meeting comments option." After skip level approval is completed, the flow will complete with 1:1 meeting comments.
