Do not disclose Goals and Competencies weightages to employees and managers In PMS Report

1. Click on Performance Review Cycle Management.
2. Click on the PMS cycle
3. Click on the Advanced PMS Rating Scale.
4. Enable the "Do not disclose Goals and Competencies weightages to employees and managers In PMS Report.". Goal and competency weightage will not display in the PMS report on all review pages.
