How do I add competency to my report’s?

  1. Login as Manager using valid credentials.
  2. Select a target goal plan from the cycle.
  3. Click on Add Competency.
  4. We have four default competencies. HR admin will add competencies based on company standards. Managers will select competencies from a dropdown based on their specialization and assign the competencies added by HR admin to employees.
  5. Select the PMS Competency Type
  6. Select the PMS Specialization
  7. Select Competencies
  8. Click on Create button
