How to Create the Performance Review Cycle?

1. Click on Performance Review Cycle Management.
2. Click on Add Performance Review Cycle.
3. Select Review Cycle from the dropdown, fill all necessary fields like Assign Performance Review Cycle Rating Scale, Review Date Range, Review due date.
4. Click on Add Review Cycle

How can I Map and initiate Employee Group into Performance Review Cycle?

1. Click on Performance Review Cycle Management.
2. Click on target Performance Review Cycle
3. Click on Map Content section, weight & Group on the left side.
4. Click on Add new Target Employee Group for Cycle
5. Select the Employee Group from the Dropdown
6. Divide Section Weightages to each box (Should not exceeds more than 100)
7. Click on Insert.
8. Click on Initiate.

How can I Assign Competencies to Target Employee Group/All Employees ?

1. Click on Performance Review Cycle Management.
2. Click on target Performance Review Cycle
3. Click on Bulk Assign Content Sections to Groups 
4. Click on any target competency type to assign such as core values, Job specific competency, behavioral competency and Leadership competency.
5. Select the Competency Type 
6. Select respective Specialization name from the dropdown
7. Select Target group or All users option to assign competencies.
8. Click on Add button to assign.

How to Delete PMS Cycle, Download the PMS Reports ?

1. Click on Performance Review Cycle Management in the HR Admin home Page.
2. Click on Delete button to Delete the PMS Cycle.
3. Click on Reports to download the PMS cycle Reports.

How to see Bell Curve Configuration of the PMS Cycle?

1. Click on Performance Review Cycle Management in the HR Admin home Page.
2. Click on Bell curve Configurations button to see the Bell curve of the PMS Cycle.
