How can I Map and initiate Employee Group into Performance Review Cycle?

1. Click on Performance Review Cycle Management.
2. Click on target Performance Review Cycle
3. Click on Map Content section, weight & Group on the left side.
4. Click on Add new Target Employee Group for Cycle
5. Select the Employee Group from the Dropdown
6. Divide Section Weightages to each box (Should not exceeds more than 100)
7. Click on Insert.
8. Click on Initiate.

Note:

If a new employee joins the organization/updates the employee group. Please follow the below steps to reinitiate the cycle for new employees.

How can we reinitiate the cycle for the new employee?

• Add the new employee to the employee group linked to the review cycle. 
• Click on Performance Review Cycle Management.
• Go to the Map Content section, weight & Group on the left side.
• Click on Initiate. 
• Open Goal Time Period Plan Management.
• Select the relevant goal plan.
• Click on Edit.
• Click on "Click here to Reinitite the goal plan".
