Do not disclose section weightages to employees and managers

1. Click on Performance Review Cycle Management.
2. Click on the PMS cycle.
3. Click on the Advanced PMS Rating Scale.
4. Enable "Do not disclose section weights to employees and managers." Goal and competency weights will not be displayed in the PMS report.
