Normalized ratings (given by skip level manager) should be visible to the manager.

• Log in to the Skip Manager page.
• Click on Authorize/Approval from the menu bar.
• Click on the Normalization.
• Click on Normalization Scope.
• Select the Performance Review Cycle and select the checkbox.
• Click on Apply Filter to Show Data.

The normalization rating provided by Skip Manager is displayed in the overall PMS report.

• Log in to the HR Admin page.
• Click on the Overall Annual PMS Data with Filter module.
• Select the PMS cycle, and the Normalization score and Normalization Rating will display in PMS report
