How do I submit my rating or assessment as a reporting manager?

1. Click on Submit Manager Assessment and click on the OK button.
2. Select the Next Level Authorize / Approver from the drop-down
3. Enter Note (Not Mandatory)
4. If there are files or certificates to attach, Click on Choose file and upload.
5. Click on Submit Button.
