9-Box Grid & 3-Pairs of Dimensions
1. Click on 9-Box Grid & 3-Pairs of Dimensions.
2. Select the PMS cycle from the dropdown.
3. Click on list button to give the 9-box rating.
4. Click on the respective radio button to provide rating to the employees.
5. Click on the Eye Button to view the Employee performance.
6. Click on grid button to view the 9-box grid.
7. Select the filters(Department, Designation, Work Location, Attrition Risk, Loss Of Attrition) if needed.
8. Click on Excel button to download the 9-box report.
