How HR can compare Employees?

  1. Log in to the HR Admin page.
  2. Navigate to the 9-Box Grid & 3-Pairs of Dimensions.
  3. Select the PMS cycle.
  4. Click on the More Action button (3-slide bar).
  5. HR can provide performance, potential, attrition risk, impact of loss, and promotion input per client by clicking the check box. HR can also provide some notes in the Recommendation text field.
  6. Click on Refresh Matrix to update the data.
  7. Based on the performance and potential input provided by HR Admin. Employees will fall into their respective fields.
  8. Once employees fallen, click on the profile picture.
  9. Enable the check box Add to compare.
  10. Scroll down, and HR can compare between all the details, like potential, performance, work flow status, recommendation note, etc.
