- Log in to the HR Admin page.
- Navigate to the 9-Box Grid & 3-Pairs of Dimensions.
- Select the PMS cycle.
- Click on the More Action button (3-slide bar).
- HR can provide performance, potential, attrition risk, impact of loss, and promotion input per client by clicking the check box. HR can also provide some notes in the Recommendation text field.
- Click on Refresh Matrix to update the data.
- Based on the performance and potential input provided by HR Admin. Employees will fall into their respective fields.
- Once employees fallen, click on the profile picture.
- Enable the check box Add to compare.
- Scroll down, and HR can compare between all the details, like potential, performance, work flow status, recommendation note, etc.
