- Login to the HR Admin Page.
- Navigate to the 9-Box Grid & 3 pairs of Dimensions.
- Select the PMS cycle.
- Click on the More Action button (3-slide bar).
- HR can provide performance, potential, attrition risk, impact of loss, and promotion input per client by clicking the check box. HR can also provide some notes in the Recommendation text field.
- Click on Refresh Matrix to update the data.
- Based on the performance and potential input provided by HR admin employees, they will fall under the respective fields.
