HR Admin can provide promotion details

  1. Login as HR Admin with valid credentials
  2. Click on 9-Box Grid and 3-Pairs of Dimensions module
  3. Select the appropriate review cycle.
  4. Click on list view
  5. Click on “View Action.
  6. Click on “Promotion Details” button
  7. HR Admin can provide the promotion by selecting "Yes," "No," or "N/A" from the radio button.
  8. By selecting "Yes" from the radio button, HR Admin can provide the input for the proposed designation, the proposed hike in percentage, and the proposed increment amount, including a comment.
  9. If selecting "No" from the radio button, need to provide a comment. 
  10. If selecting "N/A" from the radio button, need to provide a comment.
  11. Click on Save button.
  12. Input Provided by HR Admin will display with all details, time, and date in Promotion Workflow
  13. HR Admin can provide the input for all reportees on same page by clicking right and left arrows.











Note: Input provided by lower level authorities details will display to Higher level authorities, but not vice versa.
