- Login as HR Admin with valid credentials
- Click on 9-Box Grid and 3-Pairs of Dimensions module
- Select the appropriate review cycle.
- Click on list view
- Click on “View Action.”
- Click on “Promotion Details” button
- HR Admin can provide the promotion by selecting "Yes," "No," or "N/A" from the radio button.
- By selecting "Yes" from the radio button, HR Admin can provide the input for the proposed designation, the proposed hike in percentage, and the proposed increment amount, including a comment.
- If selecting "No" from the radio button, need to provide a comment.
- If selecting "N/A" from the radio button, need to provide a comment.
- Click on Save button.
- Input Provided by HR Admin will display with all details, time, and date in Promotion Workflow
- HR Admin can provide the input for all reportees on same page by clicking right and left arrows.
Note: Input provided by lower level authorities details will display to Higher level authorities, but not vice versa.
