Step 1: Goals should Only be Uploaded once via Excel, whether by the HR admin, manager, or employee
Step 2: If there are four cycles, and the HR admin assigns goals via Excel for the first cycle, then for the remaining cycles, goals should only be cloned. If the HR admin or manager uploads goals via Excel for any of the subsequent cycles, the report will not generate correctly
Step 3: Across all cycles, the goals and their weightages should remain the same. There should be no differences in the goals for each cycle
Step 4: The KRA Calculation part will not display in the UI part
Step 5: Calculation Part will Display only in the Consolidated Report From Admin Page
NOTE: The Reverse calculation will won't display in the UI Part, Reverse Calculation part will display only in the Consolidated Report from Admin page
EX: For the first cycle, if 5 goals are added with 20 weightage per goal, the same goals and weightages should be maintained for all subsequent cycles.
Assigning Goals
Step 1: Download the Assign Goal template From Goal Plan
Step 2: Scroll right side and select the Calculation Type and KRA Type as in the Below Screenshot
Step 3: Enter all the Required Fields
(Employee ID, Goal category, Goal tittle, Metric, Weightage) In the Template
Step 4: Select KPI In the Column G
Step 5: Enter the Starting value and Target Value and enter the Metric name
Step 6: Save and Upload the Template
Calculation part In The Consolidated Report
1) Normal - Sum
==>Total Achieved / Total target * Weightage = Total weightage achieved
* Total Achieved = Sum of all the achieved values of the selected Cycles
* Total Target = Sum of all the target values of the selected Cycles
2) Normal - average
==>Total Achieved/Total target * Weightage = Total weightage achieved
* Total Achieved = Average of all the achieved values of selected Cycles
* Total Target = Average of all the target values of selected Cycles
3)Reverse - Sum
==>Total Target/Total Achieved * Weightage = Total weightage achieved
* Total Target = sum of all the target of the selected Cycles
* Total Achieved = sum of all the achieved values of the selected cycles
4)Reverse - Average
==>Total Target/Total achieved * Weightage = Total weightage achieved
* Total Target = Average of all the target values of selected Cycles
* Total Achieved = Average of all the Achieved values of the selected Cycles
To Map Different Rating scale for Different KRA's
Step 1: Login to manager Portal
Step 2: Select the employee
Step 3: Drag the Goal
Step 4: Click on more option and Click on Edit Goal
Step 5: Click on Map Rating scale and Click on Update
