How Employee Can Submit the Draft Goal for Manager Approval

PMS Login Page:

  1. Login as Employee by using PMS/HRIS login credential
  2. Click on “Add New Goal.” 


There are 6 ways to create goals as an employee.
  1. Personal Goals
  2. Org. Goals
  3. Sample Goals
  4. Excel Upload
  5. Clone
  6. AI     

Note: 1. Excel Upload won't support the draft feature.

          2. Draft goals won't be visible to the HR admin and reporting manager.



Note: After the employee creates a goal, it will appear under the Not Approved tab in the Draft Approval stage and will not be visible to the HR Admin and reporting manager.

How can an employee submit the draft goal for manager approval?


Employees are now required to submit the draft goal for approval to the reporting manager.

Steps to Submit the Draft Goal:

  1. Navigate to the Not Approved tab.
  2. Select the checkbox of the goal that needs to be submitted for approval.
  3. Upon selecting the goal checkbox, the Submit Selected Goals button will appear.
  4. Click on Submit Selected Goals
  5. Click on the OK button in the pop-up message.
  6. Now the employee-submitted draft goal will be visible to the HR admin and reporting manager.



After submission, the goal's approval status will change from Draft to Pending.




The HR admin and reporting manager will now be able to view the employee's submitted draft goal under the Not Approved tab, with the status marked as Pending for approval. 


Note: Only employees selected and submitted draft goals will display to the HR admin and reporting manager.

NoteGoals assigned by the manager or HR will be displayed under Total Goals.
