- Login to the employee page.
- Add a goal from the employee page by clicking Add New Goal. It will fall under N/A.
Login to the manager page, and he can approve or reject the goal.
If the manager rejects the goal, he can provide remarks.
- Login to the Manager Page.
- Click on Not Approved.
- Drag the KRA.
- Click on More Action (3 dots).
- Click on Reject.
- Add comments for reasons for rejection.
- Click on Submit.
Employee can see the comments provided by Manager
- Login to the Employee Page.
- Click on Not Approved.
- Drag the KRA.
- Click on More Action (3 dots).
- Click on Rejected.
