Manager should provide comments while rejecting the goal.

  1. Login to the employee page.
  2. Add a goal from the employee page by clicking Add New Goal. It will fall under N/A.



Login to the manager page, and he can approve or reject the goal.

If the manager rejects the goal, he can provide remarks.

  • Login to the Manager Page.
  • Click on Not Approved.
  • Drag the KRA.
  • Click on More Action (3 dots).
  • Click on Reject.
  • Add comments for reasons for rejection.
  • Click on Submit.





Employee can see the comments provided by Manager

  • Login to the Employee Page.
  • Click on Not Approved.
  • Drag the KRA.
  • Click on More Action (3 dots).
  • Click on Rejected.
