Average score should come if the goal plan is non weightage based

1. Login as Employee by using PMS/HRIS login credential
2. Drag the KRA and provide score through the scroll bar or manual check-in.
3. Click on the PMS report to see the employee's overall score.

Non-weightage-based goal plan:

The employee provided score for the non-weightage-based goal.

Employee score= (22 + 73 + 45 + 88 + 66) / 5 = 58
