How do I integrate Microsoft Teams to our PMS ?

  • 1. Conversations, Feedback and Recognition (CFR) Automation: As a manager, you can enable/disable "Actionable SMART Notifications" for your team members available in Microsoft Teams channels.
  • 2. The below Microsoft Teams Configuration option helps you push "Actionable SMART Notifications" directly inside Microsoft Teams Channels. So, when you perform the OKR or PMS-Goal Management activities, you can initiate CFR digitally based on the options configured below (editable at any time).
  • 3. Microsoft Teams and Slack integrations (both tools integration is also possible) bring goals and collaboration together, giving greater context to the work employees do daily through "Actionable SMART Notifications" on mobile, desktop, and browser(s) 24/7/365 days. Unlike email messages, SMART notifications are most powerful, with maximum reach and visibility, and they enable CFR inside dedicated collaborative spaces called channels.
  • 4. For private group/channel communications and notifications, you can create a private group with selective members inside Microsoft Teams channels.



  1. Open the PMS page.
  2. Click on Microsoft.
  3. Enter your "Azure Active Directory" name.
  4. Click on Sign in to your account for Teams.
  5. Enter your email ID and password to sign in to your Teams accountIt directly navigates to the PMS page.
