HR can customize, he can enable Skip manager can view the goals of all below level Employees

Log in to the HR Admin page.
Navigate to the goal plan.
Click on the Settings icon.
Click on Advance PMS Configuration.
Enable the check box, i.e., Skip level Manager can view the goals of all below-level Employees. Skip manager can view all the below-level employee goals.
Click on Save & enable the Configuration button.
