HR can Customize the Skip level Manager’s Access

Log in to the HR Admin page.
Navigate to the goal plan.
Click on the Settings icon.
Click on Advance PMS Configuration.
Enable the check box, i.e., Skip level Manager cannot view the goals of all below level Employees (Except the goals of their direct employees)
Click on Save & enable the Configuration button.

Skip Level Manager can see his reporter's only. He cannot view his below-level Employees
