How can i create IDP (Individual Development Plan) to my repartee for particular goal?

Login to PMS.

Select the PMS cycle.

Select the employee to whom to assign IDP.

Go the particular goal Drag your mouse to the right side.

Click on the magic buttons.

Select the IDP button.

Enter the IDP, select the start date and end date,

Click on the Create Development Plan button.
