How can i create IDP (Individual Development Plan) for particular goal ?

Login to PMS.

Select the PMS cycle.
Go the particular goal Drag your mouse to the right side.
Click on the magic buttons.
Select the IDP button.
Enter the IDP, select the start date and end date,
Click on the Send for approval button.
