Click on 360-degree Feedback for Smart IDP's.
Click on the Send 360-Degree Feedback Questionnaire.
Click on the Send 360° feedback Request.
Select employee about whom you need to collect 360° feedback
Select Goal plan
Select a 360° feedback review from the template.
Select any suitable employee(s) to seek 360° feedback (across the organization).
Click on the Send 360° feedback form to identify the target provider(s).
