Normalization by Admin (HR / PMS)

How can I Manage Normalization as HR Admin ?

  1. Click on Normalization by Admin.
  2. Click on for Normalization Scope.
  3. Select the check boxes required and click on Apply filters to show data.
  4. Click on Download Normalized.
  5. Click on Update Normalized to update Employee Normalization Data.
  6. Click on Choose file and upload the file.
  7. Click on Submit.
