- Log in as Manager with valid credentials
- Click on Talent Matrix from the dashboard.
- Select the appropriate review cycle.
- Click on list view
- Click on “View Action.”
- Click on “Performance Trend” button
- The manager can see all three review cycle details by clicking the "Open Details" button. This table contains the review cycle start date and end date, score, rating, rating titles, reporting manager, and workflow status.
- The manager can provide the input for all reportees on the same page by clicking the right and left arrows.
