            How can I add IDP’s?

            1. Click on Talent Matrix on the LH side
            2. Click on list view
            3. Click on “View Action”
            4. Click on “Add Development Plan” button
            5. Select the Development Plan type from the drop-down, select from date and to data and enter the Development plan description 
            6. Click on “Create Development Plan”
