Enable Summation of competency as overall objective score instead of average

1. Click on Performance Review Cycle Management.
2. Click on the PMS cycle.
3. Click on the Content Section Title and Description.
4. Enable "Is overall score = summation of each competency score?" for each competency section. The score will come as a summation of each competency instead of an average score.

The score is = 38+62=100

100/2=50 so the score of 5% of 50 is 2.50

The score is = 38+62=100

 so the score is 5% of 100 is 2
