How to edit the alignment of the objective from the employee (bottom up) ?

Note: Before editing, the alignment objective should be approved by the manager.
1. Log in as an employee and select the PMS cycle.
2. Click on the category drop down.
3. Select the goal to be aligned.
4. Click on the 3 dot (animated button) in front of your objective.




5. Click on “Edit alignment.”




Note: If the objective is selected, you will have access to all the objectives of the selected employee; if the key result is selected, you will have access to all the key results of the objectives of the selected employee.



1) Select whether you need to align with the objective or key result.


1. Select the employee to whom you want to align your objective.




Note: After selecting the employee, all of their objectives and key results will be displayed in the dropdown
below.
2. Select the object where you need to align your objective.
3. Click on the “Save” button.




4. Log in as a manager and review the key result aligned with the selected objective.
5. Check who is the owner of the key result (yellow color).







2) You can select the key result also.


1. Log in as an employee and select PMS cycle.
2. Select the objective to be aligned and click on 3 dot’s (the animation button).




3. Click on “Edit alignment.”




4. Select whether you need to align with the objective or key result.
5. Select the employee to whom you want to align your objective.
6. Select the Objective from the drop down.
7. Select the key result from the dropdown.
8. Click the "Save" button.




9. Log in as the selected employee while editing the alignment, and observe that the key result is now aligned with the selected objective (green color border).
