How HR can add Organization and Department wise goal?

  1. Login to the HR Admin page.
  2. Navigate to the Smart Goal Library & Skill2 Talent Samples.
  3. Click on Add Org. & Dept. OKR/Goal Library.
  4. Select the department from the Department/Function text field.
  5. Select PMS specialization or category.
  6. Enter the Goal Name/ KRA/ Focus Area/ Business Expectation/ KPA/ Target Management.
  7. Enter the Metric/ Key Results/ Measurable Outcome / Excepted Output/ KPI/ Quantitative Achievement.
  8. Select Rating Scale (optional)
  9. Enter the Weightage.
  10. Click on Add.
