How HR can add designation?

  • As HR Admin, log in to PMS.
  • Navigate to the HR & Talent Management Data Setup.
  • Click on Designation Builder.
  • Click on Add Designation.
  • Enter the Designation Name, Position Name and Description in the respective text field.
  • Click on Add.
