Disable progress updating using progress bar for employees.

Log in to the HR Admin page.
Navigate to the goal plan.
Click on the Settings icon.
Click on Advance PMS Configuration.
Enable the check box, i.e., disable progress updating using the progress bar for employees.
Employees cannot provide the score by using the progress bar.
Click on Save & enable the Configuration button.

Before:-

Employees can provide the score by using the progress bar.

After:-

Employees cannot provide the score by using the progress bar.
