Hide Behind and OnTrack Status Labels for Competency Progress Bar

1. Click on Performance Review Cycle Management.
2. Click on the PMS cycle.
3. Click on the Advanced PMS Rating Scale.
4. Enable "Hide Behind and OnTrack Status Labels for Competency Progress Bar." For competency progress bar on track and behind level is hidden, nothing will display in the progress bar.
